What are the shipping options?
Domestic: we offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
International: we offer shipping to USA, Canada, UK and most other countries.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic: within 3-4 days.
International: within 10-14 days.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you would like to make a change to your order, you must inform us as soon as possible by using the request form found in your order info.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our products are made using highest quality raw materials that are ethically sourced. We have a vast range of suppliers and manufacturers from around Asia and Europe.
Shipping
General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase.
Dispatch Time and Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 3 days.
Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 12 days.
