What is the return policy?
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What are the shipping options?
Domestic: we offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
International: we offer shipping to USA, Canada, UK and most other countries.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
If your delivery address is outside of Sweden, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic: within 3-4 days.
International: within 10-14 days.
What do I do if I never received my order?
After placing an order successfully you'll receive a tracking number within 1-2 days. If you haven't received your tracking number please contact us and we will look into this immediately.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Our shipments go through a rigorous check and we do our best to provide the highest quality. However, there is a slight chance the product could get damaged during shipment. If you received an item in a damaged or defective condition please raise a return request when logged into your account and we will accommodate your request immediately.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you would like to make a change to your order, you must inform us as soon as possible by using the request form found in your order info.
